Helga's Art Challenge #9 (of 9)

In challenge 9 we are asked to combine 3 or more previous challenges and create a piece of art. And here is my take on the challenge. This was on old clock I had with me and I altered it with different kinds of decorative stuff. The size of the inner box is 5'' X 5'', and with the outer frame it ended up as a 6''X 6'' shadow box!!!!

Here I have combined the following challenges,
Challenge 5 - Get Inspired by things you enjoy - with packaging leftovers and adding something from nature like dried flowers, sea shells etc.
Challenge 7 - Get Inspired by Project - Mixed-Media Shadow Box project by Jenn Greenleaf
Challenge 8 - Get Inspired by scraps - most of the decorative stuff I used here are the scraps from recent previous challenges.
I used images from My Art Challenges Collage Sheet, Mini Delights Collage Sheet, Inchie Words Collage Sheet by Helga. And also used freebies by Gaby Braun, Stacy Stephenville and Moonlight Journey.
The theme here was again an inspirational quote by Elisabeth Kubler-Ross.
"The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and have found their way out of the depths. These persons have an appreciation, a sensitivity and an understanding of life that fills them with compassions, gentleness, and a deep loving concern. Beautiful people do not just happen."
I really enjoyed making this and this is going to be a center art piece on the wall next to my working table.
